Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Jewellery Design Center offers annual subscription plans that provide immediate, full access to platform features upon payment. Because access to the design library, catalog tools, and download entitlements is activated instantly, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
2. No Auto-Renewal
JDC subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the annual period. You will receive reminder notifications before your plan expires. Renewal requires a manual payment action from your account settings.
After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the FREE tier. Your favorites, catalogs, and profile data are preserved. Designs above the FREE tier are archived, not deleted, and are restored upon renewal or upgrade.
3. Subscription Refund Policy
- All subscription payments are non-refundable once the payment is processed and the subscription is activated.
- There are no partial refunds for unused months within an annual subscription period.
- Upgrading your plan mid-year activates the new tier immediately; the upgrade payment is non-refundable.
- Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next renewal; no refund is issued for the difference.
4. Exceptions — Technical Access Issues
If you are unable to access the Service due to a verified technical fault on our side within the first 72 hours of a new subscription activation, we will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a full refund or an equivalent subscription extension.
- To request a review, email legal@jewellerydesigncenter.com within 72 hours of payment with your registered email address, order reference, and a description of the issue.
- Issues arising from your own device, browser, internet connection, or account credentials do not qualify.
- We do not offer refunds for design content preferences (e.g., "the designs are not what I expected") as the FREE tier is available for pre-purchase evaluation.
5. Payments Failed or Charged in Error
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at legal@jewellerydesigncenter.com within 14 days of the charge with your payment reference. Genuine billing errors will be corrected promptly. Payment disputes are processed through Razorpay; resolution timelines may vary by bank (typically 7–14 working days).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing; it does not trigger a refund for the current period. You retain full paid-tier access until your subscription expiry date.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy is operated by Universal Jewels and Diamonds, the owner of Jewellery Design Center.
