Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jewellery Design Center platform, website, and subscription services ("Service") provided by Universal Jewels and Diamonds, operating as Jewellery Design Center ("JDC", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. By registering on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all our Terms, Policies, and any additional guidelines referenced herein — no separate signature or acknowledgement is required.

You may use the Service only if you are capable of forming a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction and are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Each account is intended for a single business entity or individual — accounts may not be shared or transferred, and you may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit authorisation.

JDC offers tiered annual subscription plans — FREE, SILVER, GOLD, and DIAMOND — each providing different levels of access to designs, downloads, catalog creation, and other features as described on our Pricing page.

Access to designs on JDC is governed by your subscription tier and, for creative concept images, the separate AI Concepts Terms. All designs remain the intellectual property of JDC and Universal Jewels and Diamonds. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use designs for jewellery business purposes in accordance with your tier.

FREE tier access is intended for personal reference and inspiration use only. SILVER, GOLD, and DIAMOND subscribers may use designs commercially for jewellery design, manufacturing, and business presentations. No tier grants the right to redistribute, resell, or publish raw design files. AI Concept image downloads are available to SILVER and above subscribers; please refer to the AI Concepts Terms for the full usage restrictions that apply.

Paid subscribers may create curated design catalogs and share them via unique links with their customers. Shared catalogs display only the subscriber's own branding and contact details — JDC branding is not shown to end customers. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their business information shown in shared catalogs. Catalog links may expire or be deactivated according to your plan-level settings, and JDC reserves the right to disable any catalog link that violates these Terms. Visitors who view shared catalogs are subject to our Privacy Policy.

To keep the platform safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to scrape, crawl, mirror, or systematically download designs, images, or any other content from the platform. You must not attempt to circumvent access controls, watermarks, or download restrictions, or share your account credentials with or resell access to any third party. Using the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited, as is uploading or transmitting malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.

You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. Designs obtained through JDC may not be used to train AI models or included in AI datasets of any kind, and you must not misrepresent the authorship or origin of any design obtained through the Service.

All designs, images, videos, CAD files, and other content available on the platform are owned by or licensed to Universal Jewels and Diamonds. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The JDC name, logo, and trade dress are trademarks of Universal Jewels and Diamonds and may not be used without prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to JDC may be used by us freely and without any obligation to you.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. JDC does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and your access to such sites is entirely at your own risk. The Service also integrates third-party tools including Razorpay for payments and Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics; your use of these tools is governed by their respective privacy policies.

The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. JDC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Design availability and features may change at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JDC and Universal Jewels and Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to JDC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JDC, Universal Jewels and Diamonds, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Upon termination, your licence to access designs ends. Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@jewellerydesigncenter.com to attempt an informal resolution.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. The current version is always available at this URL, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Cookie Policy, which describes how we use cookies and tracking technologies to keep you securely signed in, remember your preferences, and deliver a better, more personalised experience. By using the Service you agree to the Cookie Policy in full.
